These Terms and Policies apply to services provided by AmandaMcDPT, LLC d/b/a Root & Rise Consulting for Women in Healthcare. Root & Rise Consulting for Women in Healthcare provides consulting, coaching, education, and related professional services. Services are delivered digitally, live, or in other agreed-upon formats. We do not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Participation in our services is voluntary and intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Payments & Billing

Payments for our services are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to process your payment in accordance with their terms and conditions and to charge your selected payment method for the amount indicated. Root & Rise Consulting for Women in Healthcare does not store or process full payment card details and is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or service disruptions caused by Stripe or other third-party payment processors.

Refunds & Cancellations (Ethical Discretion Policy)

We understand that life circumstances can change. Refunds are not guaranteed, but requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis prior to service delivery. Once services have begun or materials have been accessed, refunds are not available. If you have concerns, we encourage you to reach out so they can be addressed in good faith.
